Villain is a reg, plays like 26/20/6 pf.
I am not sure, if I like shipping as a bluff here more or checking and deciding, probably calling.
We have about 3/4 pot left. |

chk/c better than all-in imo
given the stack and action villain can easily turn everything into bluff on this river

given how draw-heavy the flop is i would never c/c oop here.. after all there are very few turncards you like and those might as well kill the action so raise flop imo, as played i give up a lot.. its the worst card to come and c/c flop then c/r turn doesnt give u credit for nfd/ second nfd at all.. especially with the Ac hitting on river |

the only time you should be worrying about action killing cards is when there is a decent chance opponent flopped a worse made hand that would want to get allin on the flop. given you hand is blocking QJ, that only leaves 33. hands that want to put in a lot of money in this flop are going to be big combo draws that have around 50% vs us anyway (except for the rare AA nfd which has like 33% given how wide his range should be raising from the button)
so after c/r flop, what is your plan on flush or straightening turns? |

I much prefer raising flop unless I've developed a history of being full of shit on the turn against villain.
As played I like c/c better then shoving. |
