Assuming you're folding if he jams you're giving up alot of equity. If you flat and you do spike one of your outs, you have a good chance to stack an overpair because your hand is disguised. If the turn bricks and he bets again you have a decision to make. Or maybe he gives up and you take it down.
I think I like your line better if the board is 689 rainbow. You have pair+gushot, 2 of your outs are action killers, and you don't mind getting it in vs an overpair.
