it's funny how people over value pot odds and under value position in the heat of the moment

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us and as we let our own lights shine we unconsciously give other people permision to do the same

yeah maybe. His fault here was much more leading flop than calling a 4bet oop. people can outplay me fine by c/f flop heh. I don't think regs play pot odds enough in 6max at least. especially when defending BB vs min opens on the button. Some people do but about half the regs are defending 35% or less at my stake. In hu everyone plays 90% vpip or more.

I think calling a 4bet oop with A6o is pretty bad though, 3betting it is bad too.

I think calling 4bets oop with suited connectors and other shit is fine tho. There are a lot of crushers out there that play a lot of 4bet pots too, even lots of oop 4 bet pots. Im starting to think calling 7bets with 79s might be a legit strategy.

when u 3bet someone else with 9Ts/AJs and someone cold 4bets a tight range u can almost 2p/trip mine right?
somene raises to 2.5, you 3bet to 8.5, villain 4bets to 18. You have to call 9 to win 18+8.5+2.5 plus our 9=38, so we need 23% equity? not to mention implied odds.
