Not sure what my plan should be in this hand.

pokeridol27 is a some sort of regular weaker player. 43/20/7
Python817 is a regular, to the looser side. 28/19/6.

My plan on flop was to bet twice to hopefully make them fold some medium flush draws by the turn and clear my flush outs and probably check most rivers, calling on hearts and most blanks if vs 1 opponent.

But in retrospect I am not very happy about my plan.
Any help?

If he folds most non nut FDs by the turn what range do you expect him to call twice then bet river that you are ahead of? Just wraps? Qx + gutter/sd?

Trying to think of a better line other than potentially c/f turn

Some merit to c/c flop with both behind you

c/c flop may work at plo2
wait nope it's still terrible

and there is no other way to play the hand imo
(except call river with very solid read)

Calling river would be a lot bigger mistake than checking flop lol. Just because his hand has aa in it doesn't make it good. Looking at joe's hand on the flop; you would rather not see an ace than hit one and the nut low flush draw can't necessarily even be bet when he hits so the hand has pretty bad implied odds with also huge (bad) reverse implied odds. Very well could be the only good card is a deuce I mean holy shit QJ obviously smashes the coldcallers ranges. Vs a realistic range of QQxx, JJxx, QJxx, HH type hands, straight draws and wraps joe's hands become somewhat tied here

joes play is fine but no spot to be thrilled about.

So checking to realize equity and potentially smash off a nice bluff on 10/k ain't the worst thing in the world and may very well be part of a balanced gameplan
