A good sizing is generally 3BB + 1 BB for each limper. So in theory .10c, but at 2NL I'm probably making it .14-.16 here. Taking the pot down preflop is fine because we show instant profit. Plus we want to isolate the pot to 1-2 opponents, rather than giving a bunch of people free equity, and taking equity away from our AK
