that river is like a punishment for this bad flop shove, just raise a little bigger if you feel uncomfortable on a drawheavy flop but dont shove 200bb effective into a not even 30bb pot

what trolala is trying to say is that he will fold most of the time if you just shove flop, if you raised to 1$ or bit more you can still get it in over turn/river and he will most likely call you with worse (and since you block TOP PAIR what exactely are you hoping to get called from when you shove flop?)

3bet preflop by the way JJ is way too strong to just call a 3x raise with in position

you played this hand 100% fine, esp if your original read was that when he overbets he is very strong and never folding
