All I can really say about this is I bluff in villains position very often here. It's sort of the perfect board to call & then take it away later on vs. a 3-bet & c-bet hand range. The 2nd three coming out obviously makes that slightly less likely but I'd still wager you're good 40% of the time here or more.

you need to be good 25% and i see him bluffing here enough.

I think he can have qq, kk a lot here too; turn improved him so he calls and then river he tries to ship out vs the obv aa

why do you bet so much on this dry flop? are you betting that much with air too?

i fold river, unless i have seen villain bluff in this spot.

I dont consider a 9-high 2-oesd flop dry at all. I randomly vary betsizes, but I would always bet at least 70%+ on this type of flop.
edit: well at least vs. late position opens. Vs utg or mp I might bet less actually.

flop bet is way way too big. I totally telegraph your hand the way u size pre/flop/turn
