3bet pre, raise bigger on flop, bigger turn bet. That way you will not be forced to overshove on the river and will get called more.

And make sure to take a note about the guy that he is on the crazy side and can show up with any 2. Also to go for max value against him.

he can't fold what used to be top pair bad kicker vs a fish's river overbet ... (he saw it as a missed draw bluff)
I would probably not fold flop and turn in his shoes vs hero's sizing either

Flatting pre BVB with the intention of fastplaying Kxx or Axx is actually a very cool idea from time to time, makes you really annoying to play against
