Can someone explain me his calldown? Or why is my bluff bad?
I think I would have folded everything worse than A-high flush in his place. |

Yeah, bad call by him for sure. He either miss understands your image, or just a really bad/donkreg player to bluff. |

Seems like you don't really have much 55xx in your range, he blocks a J, and you probably don't play the nut flush this way so I guess his call down makes sense |

online bob is actually a pretty smart person, not at all like the creepy fucker that sits in the sofa telling me he does nasty shit to me when im asleep - pinball | |

He is a decent reg.
I definately play nutflush this way though, maybe not always, but it would be my default. Plus I also play J5 this way or some J7xx, J3xx this way.
On the other hand, only bluffs I play this way are like KK, QQ with Ks, Qs and no other spade. |

Also, isnt he like close to the bottom of his range on the river? I would expect his range to be flushes+ and Jxxx on the river, with maybe a few stubborn AA, not sure about it though. And he has like almost the worst possible Jxxx given his ep open. |

playing the nutflush this way in a vacuum seems too thin to me. i consider calling 140 into 175 with a non-nut flush a hero call on this board so if you have to count on people doing that enough to make up for the times you valuecut yourself against a boat, its probably not going to show a profit in the long run.
as for the actual hand, i think giving up on this turn is probably best. he so often either has the flush or Jxxx with 3 overs to the 5 meaning we have very little turn fold equity and have to follow through on the river making this a very expensive bluff. |
