don't pot this river. |
obviously i doomed myself, but i was not expecting a higher flush and was trying to extract full value from a set/2pair/slowplayed KKQQ |

don't be over optimistic in cashgames. tournaments its ok somtimes, but cashgames when the monies in on the river they got it.
i like c/c here or c/f depending on the villians nittiness. vs regs i c/c or bet fold 2.75 or so |

No. Just no. You could lead out, I wouldn't pot it - don't expect to get called often.

I also wouldn't listen to this advice at all. To the villain, they may think they 'have it', but for all we know - that could mean two pair, a set, a straight, a lower flush, etc.
Don't think opponents think how you do. Because usually they don't. A strong reg, yeah, he could have the nuts. Or he could be fucking with you. However - I'd worry about that shit when you're a few stakes higher.
This loss is justified. Don't sweat it. |
