one of them 60%+sb raisers.
I 3b AQ KQs
raise combo draws sets KQo, flat QJ and weaker; flat most fds as he can barrel my outs a lot
figured it's good to have a raise fold range in this spot too and hands with multiple backdoors where I can barrel turn are the best to do it with.
Turn is like the best card for me so just bet large to commit myself and give him worse odds.
is this ok strategy? |

a lot of your betsizing you seem to just commit yourself with your range very often. Since you said you dont have AQ in your range, are you really overbetting Axdd here? (if no, your value range is still much too small here compared to your bluff range) It's just not a very believable bet |

Yeah I just bet big so I can call the shove pretty much D:
So just bet smaller/call it off anyway?
Check behind seems rly weird when we hit a card like that |

just bet smaller on the turn like 3 which sets up pot for the river |

you can consider adding positional float bluffs in your range from time to time. Take this hand for example. you can call flop and go to war on A, K, 9, 8 (8 is one of the worst cards in the deck for most value hands (since it makes a straight on board, kind if like if you have AK, it comes A56, turn is 7, you 2 barrel and get rerasied, 100% your fked spot))) here good for a bluff) spade turns. You can also reraise diamond turns since it's a very credible part of your range + a lot of lower stakes players are overly scared of flush cards. + there is a typical 40%+ chance that he just check folds the turn with his air hands that he just c-bets with too often. It's a lot cheaper, way more dynamic and much better for your range and metagame then this random giant betting whenever we have equity stuff |

looking at this hand, gotta say - Seat 4: Player4 $16.00 USD - VPIP: 24, PFR: 20, 3B: 11, AF: 1.8, Hands: 76
outplayed you hard.
the biggest fault with your game is over-thinking shit and over-analyzing everything. to be honest, I steer clear from most of your hand histories because I know it's going to include a fuck-ton of non-related poker gizmo a donkatron terelj lkljfioe ju jitsu.
if you were to keep it a bit more simple, you'd be much more successful. And yes, this is coming from me.
oh and - stop sitting at 16 tables alone waiting for heads up if you won't battle one player. What the fuck is that.
Bounce. |

Ye I put the hand into raise range because I couldn't see many good turns I can take it down on without initiative
But I do flat most diamonds so diamonds is a bluffing out for sure 89 add outs for me too K is I hit KQ, just wouldn't really raise on an ace - I rep just A6 A7 and when I hit Ax I should float turn too no? Even though I know they barrel it a lot themselves too
So kinda think of it yeah no need for raising range IP thanks. And if I need it just have it super polarized or pure value

My problem was always fps vs regs - I still do that when I'm tilted just look through your HHs vs me
Working on having solid ranges actually standardizes your game and makes you play more straightforward, it's no rocket science but coming up with a simple plan before using the 2 cards, you don't see any crev gto math shit in my analysis do you.
And I masstable NL16 with my B game usually otherwise I'd play higher - playing regs HU while masstabling B game at NL16 is just hugely -ev proposition for me as I don't learn anything and the rake is just retarded so sorry if I'm too much of a rat during those times gotta grind the rent money somehow xD |
