I'd just raise/call flop. He has very high PFR and 3bet over a small sample so it's def plenty +EV and makes it easier to play since calling isn't that attractive as there's many bad cards turn/river cards and the cards that are good for you you're not likely to get too much value on as they hit your perceived calling range so he's likely to just check/fold a lot on 5 or T etc

Yeah it goes down a bit if you include TT aswell, but you're doing ok vs pretty much everything that isn't T9 and obv you have a lot of fold equity + enough pot equity to call it off after raising
