According to Propokertools you still have 40% against AdAXdY (AA+nFD)
65% against AA.
He can make a mistake when you raise not much when you flat imo.
I'd like to see other opinions , but it's well played imo

you can't bluff him on blanks , you won't bluff scary cards like K or Q
you can't really vbet your 2 pairs.
I definitely prefer raise
(I'd love too see a deep analysis tho , it's a tough spot)
