superstandard ch/call flop, folding flop with a hand like this would be a big misstake imo
proceeding with ch/calling or ch/raiseing are both fine and depends on how u play sets and 2 pairs on this flop or even a hand like QT KT

would proceed to ch/raise sets and J9 J8 78 89 79 type hands on 7 8 9 Q K etc turns

depending on what turn falls obv cant ch/raise all of those combos on all of those turns

river is fine assumeing they arent russian or random and cbet every Ax on this flop

u should get bluffcatched really often here tho from a somewhat thinking or curious villain since alot of his nonepair hands connect with this board and have some kind of straightdraw on this turn (and should continue betting on Qx) so that leaves alot of Tx or other random 1 pair hands they cbet for protection or what ever on the flop

if they are smart they should realise u have aton ton ton of busted straightdraws here (assumeing u defend 67-98o pre and dont fold J9 J8 type hands on this flop) and that most people even on higher stakes dont valuebet strong Tx or Qx here

what tendencies or stats or other stuff would affect your decision to take a check call over check raise in this situation?

Good post Longple thanks And ye it's true I got quite a few Ax here myself but probably don't vbet Tx (should I?)
Villain is stealing 60-70% v regs OTBso I flat a ton - when I check raise a lot i will bluff sooo much and there's no straights on the board just straight draws I'd rather flat flop with everything check raise quite a few turns keep my set combos in

93% Sure!
