c/f I guess, I don't expect most regs to bluff a random card, I can easily have TT-QQ here. River is an easy call I think cause he prolly checks AQ/AK on flop or turn.

with 100% cb strategy and Janda ranges
PRE
Board:
Equity Win Tie
MP2 51.46% 49.54% 1.91% { QQ+, AKs, A5s-A2s, T8s, 97s, AJo, KQo }
MP3 48.54% 46.63% 1.91% { AdTd }
TURN
-say we give up KQ and AJ 50% of the time there
Board: 9c2d9h3d
Equity Win Tie
MP2 57.36% 54.80% 2.56% { QQ+, AKs, A5s-A2s, 97s, AhJd, AsJd, AsJh, AcJd, AcJh, AcJs, KhQd, KsQd, KsQh, KcQd, KcQh, KcQs}
MP3 42.64% 40.08% 2.56% { AdTd }

Now on a river rag like 7s even if 100% of turn bet range barrel:
Board: 9c2d9h3d7c
Equity Win Tie
MP2 72.73% 72.73% 0.00% { QQ+, AKs, A5s-A2s, 97s, AhJd, AsJd, AsJh, AcJd, AcJh, AcJs, KhQd, KsQd, KsQh, KcQd, KcQh, KcQs,}
MP3 27.27% 27.27% 0.00% { AdTd }
and you will need 32.4% odds to call so Ad is a fold

I think AK is a good barreling hand there with blocking AA KK he should expect you to flat some % of the time even if he checks in on rag rvr its still a fold tho
Board: 9c2d9h3d7c
Equity Win Tie
MP2 70.73% 70.73% 0.00% { QQ+, A5s-A2s, 97s, AhJd, AsJd, AsJh, AcJd, AcJh, AcJs, KhQd, KsQd, KsQh, KcQd, KcQh, KcQs,}
MP3 29.27% 29.27% 0.00% { AdTd }

I don't know what range you get to the river with but we should have plenty of hands stronger than A high to get t the river with that we can call
