Obv no one knows that guy, I would say he has either 68cc 68hh or 77 if he's half competent, I generally don't fold and lose the pot here. If you played with him and you know he's a fish then just call he's gonna have random shit.

Leaning towards fold. He can't really rep much so it's a pretty bad spot for him to try and bluff and your range looks pretty strong here. He's not really shoving anything worse for value.

Also I think you raised to small and bet to small on every street.
