I think alot of player won't call a 3b with 22-44 cause it plays like shit, maybe expect JJ to stack off preflop but yeah you can prob have JJ. Other than that means you have alot of SC and pairs lower than J that you would be defending, he has some good FE. I think it has to do with raise sizing on flop for the most part, if he thinks you'd 4b strong hands you have alot of fdraw and maybe a few AJ, on top of midpair you are defending.
