This is very bad imo. Nothing that raises river doesnt raise earlier on this board texture, so villain shouldnt fold any of his value range. The fact that he folded now means u probably had the best hand.

Don't disagree with you on thig being bad, but I usualy don't raise JJ or 9T here

your value range is rly narrow here, so if you have a bluffing range you want it to be very tiny and have the best blocker hands being in it - e.g. 89 blocks 4combos he's calling for sure where your hand blocks only 2 (seems like no big deal but his calling range is narrow as well - if you do this with 89 you block 18.2% nut combos). - you need 62.5:27.5 value:bluff ratio here for optimal play and your T9 and sets are heavily discounted over previous streets and you get to river with a ton of weakish hands.
if he folds exploitively WAY too much this should be fine tho - still any pair blocks more hands he calls with than TT and should be given a priority when deciding to bluff with them
if you have really good reads and believe he'll fold >54% and you don't think call is +ev than go ahead and raise - it doesn't really matter if big part of his folding range are hands you already beat if EVRaise>EVCall.
93% Sure!

villain def folded better. Good result but your line isnt typical with many value lines. You said that you normally call with top set or straights on that board.. well most dont, so its a good idea to run your bluffs when you can represent a way that most regulars would take for value.
