The same guy played his KJ this way too, I think he is likely to raise any 2p or better on the flop. Is calling and donkshoving my monsters better on the river here ?

One who raises very small himself can not do the math to know there are direct odds to call and hit the flush.

because the hand you posted unless you know he's folding after raising like that w wide range then flat seems best. unreal good odds with such a strong hand.
If u know he's folding out the weaker part of his range then shove is clearly better.
