his line makes little sense to me, i believe most players will be reraising KJss etc on the Flop.
hes repping like AK, sets, Kx floats, and a rare slowplayed 2 overs with fd?

yeah like you guys say balance and playing our range is overrated etc. etc.
But how the fuck can you know in this spot? If you exploitively know the guy, you'd never ask what to do here. if bluff % is unknown so just pick a frequency and pick best hands to fill it with based on blockers and absolute hand value - is there anything wrong with that approach?

His bluffing frecuency should be so low you should have a ton of Kx in your range and considering you also could have many busted draws its not a good spot to turn his made hand into a bluff, plus your half pot cbet might induce hands like KQhh or not even with 2 hearts (spades obv too) to float that flop oop, his raise is so small thou its hard to fold but unless we have some strong read that this is a creative player this is probably a fold
