I dont like the turn CR much unless he is a drooler or have sick history you overrepresent your hand and I dont think we often get action from worse besides Qxhh which has pretty good equity against us and could reshove and then you are in a FML spot and maybe KQ AQ that might hero call you but wont give you any action on a heart or bad looking river card, all those hands are calling a regular turn cbet and might check back some hands that would call a 2nd barrel etc.

On the river you have to fold, he isnt going to bet his JT nor his ace high flush draws that should only contain AKhh nor 45hh so I think the only hands you are beating here are 56 and 67hh and those are only two combos even if we add some bad flop floats I think he simply has way more value hands in his range its a fold.
