it's unthinkable to raise 60% of effective stacks with anything and then fold to a shove.
like, if you changed your cards to J5o after you made the raise, you should still call the shove........ |

You are 100bb effective and you just 4bet JJ, you can't fold. Also don't like your 4bet sizing
