Having control of the hand is great but not at all costs, ie when it would make you commit a lot of chips with a mediocre hand that should opt for a cheap-ish showdown multiway. It's also less important to have control of the hand when you're in position.
When you raise flop and he re raises you shouldn't really be eager to put more money in the pot... Nobody is value raising a worse king (eg K10) like this
Think why you are betting turn like that, what are you trying to achieve (after he basically announces that he has a monster on the flop and then checks turn)? The only credible reason to bet turn like that would be because somehow you'd know that he has a draw and it would be absurd to consider folding for less than a minraise if that's what you were thinking in the first place. I don't know how you'd know something like that (especially on such a dry board) though |
