I think it's close, but I'd bet just because it makes you harder to play against, he doesn't get to see your hand for free, and he's a fish.

i would raise PF bigger like i said earlier. esp since you guys are a bit deeper, and he would be willing to call wider with better implied odds.

on that flop specifically i don't really mind pot controlling and calling a bet but i also dont mind raising the flop. considering he didn't reraise the flop u can prob eliminate most strong hands.

on the river i think he's got mostly draws and maybe a few 7x or 99 kind of hand. so i'd def bet river 4-5 dollars vs 9 dollars since he has pretty marginal hand.

maybe random A8/A4 or Axcc will call you on the river too.
