Since you aren't to sure how to play the hand postflop, you can probably let it go pre. What are villains stats? Have you seen him 3 barrel before? How often does he cbet river? Have you ever seen him bluff?

Assuming you call pre, I feel flop and turn are ok. But readless I let this go on river. He 3bet pre, so all big pairs are in his range. It's TT+ or air by river I feel.

Thanks for the answers. calling the 3bet pre was probably a mistake, but yeah I want to try a lot of different hands out while learning, it's worth paying to see how people play, so it's not all value. Also stats on micros are a lot of times useless since I only have something like 30 hands on them. But yeah sure I should be folding to 3bets with 88, thanks

It was only a fold bc of his 3bet sizing

What should the 3bet sizing be here (normally) and how do i calculate it? 7c to 21c isnt that weird from my perspective but am i wrong?

usual 3bet sizing is 3x the initial raise size (so if you opened 3x; the normal 3bet size is 9x -> maybe 10-11x if he is OOP)

Thanks, misread my raise (5c instead of 7c)

If he would raise to 0.15 would it be valid to call then?
