board runout is obviously pretty tilting, having trouble here doesn't mean you're bad at poker, it's not an easy spot.

when these mindfuck board runouts come just quiet the "hrnngg fml" voice in your head and remember it's still all about ranges.

since you say villain is a whale, you know some things about how he plays. what kind of fish is he, what are his stats, etc...is he ever spazz-bluffing/pressing buttons with weak made hands on the river when you check, does he get to the river this way with 87/98 or does he always 3-bet flop, does he float flop raise with QJ, does he bluff missed FDs, does he flat the turn with his straights, etc. etc. the same type of deductions you always try to make when hand-reading...put him on the best range you can (which you are in better position to do, since you know the player) and act based on that.

I have him as 48/19/14 over 80 hands. 0 fold to cbet. Folded to flop raise 1/2 times. I've seen him call 2 river shoves against ivan show with 2nd and 3rd pairs. Once being right, once being wrong. So yea, I did have him on a pretty wide range here. didn't think he was folding very often if he had a piece. Any fd, Tx, 8x, open enders, gutshots, JJ+. I don't think he's folding very much of his flop floating range on this turn card especially. Maybe just ship turn? I feel like an idiot.

your play looks totally fine

if river was something like an offsuit deuce i have a hard time imagining him folding

turn shove is something to consider... imo your flop raise makes your turn range super strong so you usually won't have hands that greatly benefit from a turn shove (combo draws like A6d unless that's in your flop raise range)
