Is this too loose for 20bb? Then again same question if I have 88-66. I wouldn't put koufos as tight or loose, not that much info but he has like 20VP. I assume it's fine but it felt borderline, I don't like calling too much might induce some jams from other shortstacks and I'd be flipping against alot. Small 3bet doesn't look that great he's probably gonna flat hands with two over or just jam and doesn't accomplish a whole lot more.
Obv the overcaller with QQ crushes me but he's after me. |

I think I'm inclined to fold here since the opener is UTG with 25bb. If hes a competent player, I think folding would be the right play here since he's probably opening with a hand that he's willing to commit to, which dominates your 99 most of the time. The question is do you fold TT and AQ here? I'll happily get it in with JJ AK. Live poker has made me a nit. |
