This guy played loose so I didn't want to let the money go when I actually hit top pair and had an ace, but should I have folded to his reraise on the flop? he plays 33% of hands
New player, advice appreciated

Call the flop, it's so connected that he already has a ton of hands that have you crushed, and a lot of hands with significant equity that he's not folding.
Once he reraises you, I'd be very worried. Fold to the flop reraise or the turn bet.

I always snapcall the flop but...
you can almost treat your hand as a draw drawing to a blank turn and you protect against/he'll call shitloads of draws - people play their ranges face up at nl10 and below they re-raise with 2p and better and call way too much with weak draws and pairs.
I'm actually not sure about the raise, it might be good but it's for sure to raise fold cause it's true that you may have the best made hand at this street a lot but in terms of equity you'll be fucked - just play with equilab and u'll see
