Didnt notice there was a flush possibility on the board and only thing i feared was a 6 (and full house), I think this guy had like AK AQ AJ so I called . Im sad should I even bet turn?

Against an unknown, a turn check is best I think. His flop calling range includes a lot of pair+draw type hands that aren't folding to a turn bet, he will also have some nutty hands and some flush draws which aren't folding either(especially since your turn bet is weak sizing).
