Limp/calling preflop is Ax heavy, so I would bet flop because of tooooon of value hands he might have, and also try to count number of draws he can potentially have, which are paying 2 streets usually.

KQ/QJ/KJ/9J/9Q etc. etc.

there are a lot of 7x in his range after turn call
conceivably he could have some A9 and maybe a couple of A6, could have 89 or 109 but you block most the 2pairs with 10x
overbet jam 60 bbs is way too much to get looked up by a rag, he prob never has A8 like you suggest

Betting flop is so superior. I doubt he folds a pair on the flop or calls the river shove with less than top pair. So your line is basically only good when he has nothing on the flop but two pair on the river, which is obviously very unlikely.
