I'm not in love with your turn bet; yea we have a good draw, but this turn hits a lot of his range. He's calling this turn bet more often than not. OOP I bet this turn practically every time because c/c or c/f sucks. Betting IP is fine/whatever , but I think checking is superior.

If we check the turn we can bluff the river against some opponents because they will think we were pot controlling one pair or giving up with overs.

As played, I think a river bet is good just to get him to fold his pair+draw type hands depending on his stats, but he might be the type of player that has Tx here 90% of the time and won't give you credit, and if that is the case, a river bet is burning money.

my take on it, a tiny bit more on the turn, and larger on the river, hell, i might even overbet river, or closer to pot

It's ok maybe even should be smaller on the river if lemon bets a wide range with plenty of thin bets here
