My first reaction is to call, but a shove can't be that bad considering his stats.
The problem with a shove is that a fish can have a flush/straight/set/2 pair here, unlike most stronger players. Perhaps the deciding factor is if he will call a river shove with something as weak as AJ |

It might be bad GTO but I'd fold here. You're never good in these spots at micros. Obviously a fold is terrible but lucky fish always get less credit for a hand than we should be giving them just because they're fish. |

Just ask yourself how many double heart combos a 50 VPIP fish with a tendency to play suited hands has here. Also include ATs and A9s, scared of the fourth heart coming off so check calling (donk mentality).
