22/20/5 over 60 hands, AF 2. I always feel like I could get away here after it's over, but I don't even know right now. 12 buy-in downswing over last 5k hands. I don't even know anymore .

yeah like noway it's -ev BvB
but...I always wonder about these sizings these days
it's 120bb deep and he made it so small OOP, should we have a small 5b range and call ranges here?

How do you feel about just flatting? I guess all the money goes in on a low card flop anyway?

not with QQ, you flop overcard some 40% of the time, 4b bluffs have too much equity vs you and 4b is +ev guaranteed, it's not deep enough

but like overall with a polarized range he can play pretty much perfectly vs you with that sizing won't really make any mistakes when you shove fold vs that only. It's not a concern at micros really focusing elsewhere will bring you way more ev but just something to consider - having a small 5b range with a couple great bluff hands in it might be better here

100bb this is super standard.

125bb things get trickier.

The big key here is his 4bet range/4bet %, which should be on your HUD. Some players will 3bet and 4bet/get it in with the same range, so QQ is fine against a range of JJ+/AK. BUT, some players ONLY 4bet AA/KK, and call 3bets with AK/QQ-. A 60 hand sample is so small, but his 3bet % is telling.

This guy is pretty nitty, he has nitty stats/3bet stats which in my experience means his 4bet % is nitty as well.

If this was me, I'd either get it in preflop, or call and get it in on non AK flops. The sample size is too small to fold after we make our mandatory 3bet BvB, but if you have a bigger 3bet/4bet sample, you could potentially fold this if his true 3bet/4bet stats prove to be nitty.

Lastly, depending on his BvB steal %, you should be 3betting fairly liberally against anyone who is opening BvB wide-ish. Once you establish a 3bet/4bet game BvB, you can feel comfortable/happy/ecstatic getting it in here with QQ.
