1. Should I just jam on the flop? I don't want to eliminate his bluffs from his range but if he has a flush draw and what he suspects are a couple of relevant overcards (like QJs) I want him to put the money in right now.
2. Obviously turn card is terrible, but when he raises me on the flop I don't see him doing so with a wide range of value hands or very many aces. If it had been a different ace I might have given him credit since a flop raise with an A high spade draw makes sense, but since it's the A of spades that comes out I don't think he holds an ace very often.
If he'd bet river for 2/3 or 3/4 pot I think I'd fold. 1/2 pot it'd be a sickening spot and I'm just not at a point in my life where I'm ready to deal with that type of drama.

without reads i'm not very comfortable getting it in on the flop. we're slightly ahead or way behind vs a legit range, or it'll be near-total air like 78h
Yeah it's funny, I agree with your flop reasoning but like every piece of forum advice ever is just "JAM" or "check/JAM" so I kind of get deluded into thinking I don't JAM enough
Yeah I like the turn reasoning, it's true that it actually removes most flush combinations - at least at higher stakes people wouldn't raise Khi and worse fds much on the flop
I'd still fold turn at NL10 as this is consistent with how people play scared sets straights and 2pair when flush hits, but good stuff

People call a lot more these days in general it's not all about raising and shoveling it in
