This is a dream flop and turn both for cards and him betting, when and how exactly do you expect to get money in?
A good player would be looking to put as much money in the pot as early as he can and in an amount he can get away with - meaning bigger is better. Not raising turn is very bad.

This hand is not about the river decision as any winning player magically appearing in this river spot would snapcall.

Just because he turned Q4 doesn't mean you played it right. Meditate on that for a while. Is what i said true? I believe it is.

Turn cr is fine I guess since I'll be expected to squeeze KQ pre - still range wise call is better - don't mind either OTT rly. I am a winning player, I got here this way and it's not magic, but thank you

This and 9d are the nut worst rivers for me, all backdoors except KT got there that's why It's gay there and my range is way weaker than his - it's true I can't rly fold for the same reason, don't think he'll bluff this way ever but it can be JJ+ still and weaker Q so I pretty much have to call all Qx I have there, expecting to be good like 1/3 of the time giving him moneyz so often is till gay tho Still a snapcall ur right just my gut was telling me to fold

River raise is a spew btw imo unless you expect the smaller sizing to weaken/cap his range

I just see microstakes players underplaying their hand and reasoning why it is good. Good hand, bet money, win money. How are you ever going to stack an overpair here with being so passive ? If you have such a passive approach to oop play there is grave danger of bleeding a lot. The player with AA is probably drooling himself and betting really small to guarantee some money in the pocket, it is certainly something being done on this limit. You may argue i'm wrong here from what you've seen but i doubt it.

Also, regardless of hand sample if someone is 50% button stealing you can't really go around being really strict about what he may or may not have on flop & turn, which is where the money should be going in. Especially him having cbet the turn a fair percentage of time. This river decision shouldn't even be coming up.

As for this river play, it is good to note a lot of stuff got there and play it safe. But this shouldn't be overemphasized at micros cause it can be assumed they don't adjust their cbetting according to the board texture and runout. It is uber marginal and shouldn't be relevant at this stake. That being said i'd rather bet/fold the river than check/decide. If you are willing to call 3-4 it is better to put it in yourself knowing you have the discipline to fold when raised. There is value to be had from pairs 8x and up that won't bet it again river. I don't see players bluffraising river here with airball. It is just not happening. Maybe if you played yourself

You didn't even lose half a buy in with trips and a good kicker, and you're chatting like that/posting?

wow. I must be a total spew monkey.
