your raise size looks like 99. I dont think ur folding that either haha.. Ive been getting snapped off in these spots too when im holding A blocker. Do you have a raise folding range here?

Yeah with the Ah and the check back it's hard not to close eyes snapshove in villain's shoes

On the other hand AXhh have at least a gutter on the flop and should cr most of the time I assume
besides the turn check I'm also curious to answer to handabanana's questions :D

balance I suppose, constructing a check turn and raise over a river bet range

^^ yeah also dont want to be barreling here with 100% of our draws, since there are going to be 2-3x more draws in our barreling range then value hands (since its v ez to have 2 overs + gutter here or some 1 big heart type hand), also what are we really balancing our bluffs with, overpairs? 99-KK isnt really that strong on this turn, kind of a decent turn to check alot of our range, someone who barrels very often is going to be bluffing wayy too often / thinning himself tooo ofen esp with a CO opening range, may be more acceptable to have a higher barreling frequency as a UTG opener since we have less off suit hands
