Preflop: Fairly self explanatory. I raise to 4x pre because there's huge fish on the table, and because I'm in MP.
Flop, Turn & River: Dry runout, getting calls from AQ / KK on both a LOT, and maybe TT/JJ on the rare occasion. AQ and KK alone make up for more combinations than all possible sets, and 77 will only call the flop occasionally. 22 does not make river. KK and AQ are the likeliest hands in his range once he calls turn. I don't think there are any possible two pair, and he of course has 1 combo of the other aces that we chop with.

dpends what part of his range he is playing, if you feel he is more drawing then let him bluff and check/call. if you think he has some qx or some medium to strong hand then just bet for value. shoving just to get a fullstack in this spot usually is counterintuitive vs stnd non fishy retards.
