I understand that we should 4bet pre here. On the flop I think we should just ship it if we don't 4bet pre. As played on the turn, can we call? feels like we can't.

all previous actions notwithstanding, when he checks turn and villain bets, it's the most trivial shove in the world.

your preflop call / flop lead is very cool and interesting when combined, jam the flop / never fold the turn, he should feel obligated to shove with all of his overcard + 1 heart type hands as well as turned Kx
