UTG limp is...

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us and as we let our own lights shine we unconsciously give other people permision to do the same

is BAD! But not sure how to play these low pocket pairs early position. Typically not a fan of raising, but seems like a waste to fold too. The table had been generating some limping style play so thought my range was at least a little bit concealed. But still, what %range do you guys typically do for limp/call/raise with low pocket pairs in early position?
