was 3 tabling him, and he was just calling just waaaaaay too light flops and turns, so I decided to go for some overbet game to put him in tough spots

and on this board I will have a lot of miss things, like a lot of 2 broadways with a heart, Tx, 5x
the fact that I will have a wider bluffing range makes the overbet better than other sizings
at the same time he can confortably call with a hand like 89 there if I bet 3/4 pot because i have a ton of missed things, but he wont have a easy time by calling overbets with his overall range
