If he made a normal reraise this would probably be a fold, but when he does this I allmost feel like I should call.
Would he really play aces or Kings like that?

some people do becuase they think some donk will call them, but most likley AK even AQ, AJ lol or like 99-jj, just never know on this limit, good fold

Probably not, but I'ld probably be correct too.
Considering the reraise comes from the small blind, and most players on this limit who are not complete idiots have quite a narrow reraising range. In reality I'ld probably make it 12 and than be forced to fold when he pushes.

i dont know that folding there would be a TERRIBLE idea, but it's certainly not a play i would ever make.
