I"m just going to start blindly shoving any flush draw. Obivously that's how you win. So much skill. |

that preflop overcall seems absolutley awful
you seem to do a lot of stupid shit and then complain how bad you run
horrible preflop play leads to slight flop edge... congrats?? Even if you won you make no money here in the long run. You gotta realize this. Winning or losing this hand is not super relevant, the overall quality of your plays determine your edge
This hand was not played well. You should only complain when you play a hand well and still lose, then you have a legit case. Focus on improving. |

I'm going to agree with you that I need to focus on improving.
However I disagree with you 100% on this hand:
Short-Stack = 18% 3-bet lots of oddball hands in his range just like the one he turned up with
If I call, the deep player is coming along for the ride 99% of the time
I have position for the duration of the hand
3:1 odds on the Pre-Flop call
= Nothing wrong with calling in position here
I'm assuming your logic is short-stacked villain will have AAxx and Axxx a huge portion of the time + my hand is unlikely to flop well
That argument isn't without merit, but I think you're ignoring all the other factors that make a PF call here just fine... |

Maybe start a PLO thread and get discussion going on the preflop play here, because I veyr much disagree with this |
