I find these spots very tough. You may say 56/44 no big deal, but remember that's with them seeing all 5 cards.

Logically I should be shoving to prevent free cards, and obviously I've put enough in PF that it's basically not correct to fold after having done so based on probability and the resulting hands they can have.

I should obviously be getting more folds than I am (just happen to be running very poorly this month in terms of flops) but still unsure really how worth it these situations really are. Maybe I'm just shooting myself in the foot at these stakes and setting up high variance gamblezone. Perhaps it makes way more sense to play these hands out slowly with disguised AAxx.
