i prefer raising flop... for me raise>fold>call but vs some fold>raise>call

if poker is dangerous to them i would rank sports betting as a Kodiak grizzly bear who smells blood after you just threw a javelin into his cub - RaiNKhAN

this hand is so terrible...I mean if you get to the river cheap and he really has a hand you only have to hit your draw and can stack him deep. This is wasted money as played.
Why the fuck do you overbet the turn? Just check back.
Only overbet with hands you can call the push with ...because this is exactly what people do very often when facing overbets.

i'd just bet standard on turn with this hand, we have lots of outs

with a more airy hand, overbet becomes more attractive

... what?
It's okay if you overbet i guess... but 8$?

Thats not exactly what I meant.
What I meant was, that if he has a hand,he will often shove vs an overbet ,otherwise fold, giving us bad odds for our good draw.
So,overbets are indeed much better for pure air hands or for monster hands, not for draw hands/semi bluffing.
