Yeah, u have some fold equity and a decent draw but that doesn't mean u have to raise turn. For that sizing i think you're getting way more calls in general with like Kx, XXs, JQ, J9 maybe even Tx if he just doesn't believe you and when u get raised ur pretty much getting it in with 30%.. cuz what are you really repping? u are basically saying u have TT, 88, that opted not to 3bet, and/or KT that opted not to c/R flop and now is trying to protect and get money in as the fl draw comes.. it's not rly believable and the 3s is a shitty bluff card. It's way way more likely you have a hand like you do..

this gives me the option to shove [R] with decent SPR - keep perceived bluffs in my range in spades 7 etc.
rly not sure about this river tho

93% Sure!

i dont like the turn raise either, once you do it, you gotta shove A rivers for sure

yeah,as played, you have to shove now imo.
It feels a bit awkward because your turn raise is much too low...
Generally I prefer calling the turn unless you are up vs a reg you know well

what's the plan on the river if he calls turn?

fira   United States. Aug 31 2014 17:12. Posts 6345

ya im slightly against the turn raise too. if he shoves we puke, and we don't really care all that much whether he folds or not, with all our equity

shove river as played

normally you would shove river but here i'm just not sure. Villain doesn't have a whole lot that bet/calls turn and folds river especially since JQ gets there and will he even fold KQ?
