not a plo player, but i think even a nlhe player realizes their equity here on flop hence flop raise is 100%

longple: ur missing the point! this is an attempt to get away from the bumhuntmentality!

I disagree with your assessment completely Trax. I think raising 100% of the time here would be basically terrible on so many levels. It's certainly something I need to do X% of the time, but very often calling is superior and leads to a lot of good situations.
