Is it an okay fold? After the fact I feel like I should at least call.. But just thought that he could have a K.. |

fold is ok but bet turn |
I didn't have a read on villain so that's why I went with the safest approach by not 2-barreling this board. I am still not sure what to do with brick turn sometimes. I feel like sometimes betting doesn't really get you anywhere. I am not sure if loose-passive villain would fold Qx hands on brick turn. |

Have to bet turn... Villain calls with all worse aces, and flush draws. Maybe even Qx, J9.. |

Right, Villain would have raised with AQ and would have 3bet pre with AK |

your heuristic for constructing his turn range is a little coarse-grained
don't put him on a whole preflop range (people can have AK,AQ flatting an utg open)
the lead means something, the call means something. intuitively I'd put him on more tx, Qx, pair+gs (like your hand), and weight away from Ax
samething for the river: Kx is a lot of his range, and he plays all of it this way. you shouldn't have any trouble folding this in a ring game. |
