mmm... fold preflop is okay i guess but only if you have a very solid read on the 3bettor. yeah he did 3bet from MP vs EP so his range could be quite strong, or he could have something like this

flatting pre isn't bad, you'd be repping a mid pair so you might get decent value on A or K flops

4bet might be slightly over-repping your hand, but vs loose villains its good
