Ok, here's my thought process:
No reads/stats makes me sad
He limps, he's a fish
He c/c to the river, obvious draw or weak 1 pair type hand, occasionally 2 pair played bad
Fish c/r the river is scary
Fish can spazz more than a typical player
I'd value bet bigger against fish, make it look like I'm bluffing
He probably has us beat fairly frequently, but we have decent odds here, readless I'd probably call and take a note, but I wouldn't fault you for folding, I do think it's close
His hand looks like a straight to me, some weird rivered 2 pair, or busted flush draw. |

called and he had KJ oo
I'd folded if the river was more likely to give him 2p (K, Q, 8 prolly) |

i like ck/call rather than bet river... he has tons of missed draws that can't see a showdown. also its hard to get value from worse hands
actually i like bet small river as well, mixing in missed draws into that range to cheaply push out his missed draws. |

Pretty poor way to play KJ obviously, but that's what weaker players do, weird lines and inappropriate bets/sizings
Now if you had QJ, this guy looks like a genius. |
