this is is a standard way to play AK if blinds are very aggresive |

so many missed draws though, and our hand's a bit underrepped, i think play is fine. def some noteworthy stuff for villain (pre and on flop) |

^hero's play is fine given the price and no info but
if villain had 3bet AKs in these positions which is more rare nowadays I'd be more interested in making a note, also hero cbet flop just above halfpot, it would be nitty to fold in position even with no backdoors, what is it that makes this so noteworthy?
I'd take a note on his valuebet sizing |

betting turn is weaker and under repping your hand more, since you would 2 barrel 100% of your draws on this turn. By checking and calling you tell villian you have showdown value, and very often something that beats 8x.
If i was villian and I saw you CC this turn, I would start to pop you when you on the turn when you 2 barrel the scarecard. I think CCing here is very tough to balance and makes poker way harder then it needs to be |

do you think it's bad to even have a c/c turn range on such a board?
Because if we ever have a c/c range this seems to me like the best hand to strengthen it with, given the added benefit that it could lead people to bluff flush rivers by never expecting a flush draw to c/c turn |

I'm betting the turn 90% of the time for the reasons Tom stated, although c/c is fine for the reasons you stated.
Once you c/c it's hard to fold this river for such a small bet even though you are right that most players at this stake don't bluff the river often enough. |

im not saying its bad* to have a CC range here, I'm just saying if were CCIng the times we hit Ax with a weak kicker (im guessing hero also CC's 99-KK here very often) on turns versus always betting our air (we are never CCIng air ex T9, JT 56, Q9hh etc..) then our betting range on this turn is very weak
Bet bet CC bricks is way more standard in these spots and will likely have a higher EV against majority of opponents
also a third point, people will peel EXTREMLEY wide in position because everyone these days is aware of the power of position, betting has a TON of EV, i wouldnt be surprised if people peel JTo (for exmaple) here twice at a very high frequency, hoping that you give up on the river, because your preceived 2barrel range is quite wide here |
